NextGen Cricket – Returns & Exchanges Policy
At NextGen Cricket, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—within the guidelines below.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
We’re unable to accept items that show any signs of use or handling beyond inspection.
Understanding Cricket Gear
Cricket equipment—especially bats and leather goods—is designed for performance and naturally evolves with use.
- Slight surface marks, dents, or grain changes in bats are part of normal behavior
- Pads, gloves, and other gear may soften or wear with regular play
These are not considered defects but characteristics of the sport and materials.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Cricket bats (except verified defects or shipping damage)
- Customized or prepared items (e.g., knocking, oiling, toe guard, scuff sheet)
- Discounted or clearance products
- Services, including coaching sessions, lane bookings, or memberships
Bat Claims (Important)
For any bat-related issue:
- Must be reported immediately upon delivery
- Unboxing video is required to support the claim
Without proper documentation, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@nextgencricket.us with your order details.
Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for returning the item.
All returned items are inspected before any refund or exchange is finalized.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
- A 10% handling/restocking fee may apply
Shipping Policy for Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- For exchanges, shipping costs apply both ways
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:
- Contact us right away
- We’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
If approved, we will cover the replacement shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before processing or shipment
- Once customization or preparation begins, cancellation is not possible
- A handling fee may apply to cancellations
